Vintage Japan Yamaha A-700 100 Class AB with Class A Operation Phono Stage Integrated Amp

The Yamaha A-700 is a powerful and refined vintage integrated amplifier, delivering 100W per channel into 8Ω with exceptionally low 0.005% THD. Its clean, controlled presentation, strong current delivery and high damping factor give it excellent authority over speakers, particularly in the bass. Its Auto-Class A design is a major highlight, providing smooth, detailed and natural reproduction at normal listening levels while retaining substantial power reserves when the music demands it. The result is a combination of finesse and dynamic headroom that suits both vocal recordings and demanding instrumental music. Another major strength is its built-in MM/MC phono stage, making the A-700 particularly attractive for vinyl-based systems. With its substantial construction, versatile connectivity and classic Yamaha engineering, it remains a compelling vintage amplifier for an audiophile system.
