1 year warranty applicable for products with official warranty, or stated otherwise.
2-week warranty for all used items, unless damage caused by human error, such as abuse or negligence.

T&C Policy

Goods sold not refundable/ exchangeable/ replaceable.
Audition strictly by appointment, so we can serve you better.
We reserve the final rights not to accept any trade-ins, equipment for service.
On-site collection recommended. Delivery cost and risks borne by customers.
For reservation deposit, fixed RM 150 collection for all items. Reservation period limited to one month only, after which deposit is forfeited.
